Today was my usual breakfast of cheerios and milk. I usually have 1 serving of cheerios (1 cup), 1/2 serving of skim milk (1/2 cup), and add a cut up banana. All for only 4 ww points! This breakfast is very filling and will keep you sustained until lunch time! I do add a bit of splenda, as I need a little sugar boost to my cheerios. I am loving my cheerios today, and the full feeling I have =)
